The back taper and acute cutting edges increase drilling speed to twice as fast as conventional bits and produce clean, smooth holes with minimal burrs
They also feature enlarged flutes to maximise removal of swarf and chips. Will last 4 times longer than standard twist drill bits and drill over four times more holes per charge when used in cordless drills
Principally designed for drilling in thin sheet steel, will also drill cast steel, alloyed and non-alloyed material, cast iron, graphite, sintered iron, nickel, brass, silver, plastic and wood
It is recommended to use slower speeds than would normally be used with conventional bits
Bits below 3mm do not have the Pilot Point but do have a specially ground point
