Forget Winter bakes & soups – your dinner should be entirely batter-based! Happy Pancake Day!

Pancake Day falls on Tuesday 13th February. Grab the eggs, flour and milk, and get your pans at the ready.

To help you through, here is our easy peasy (lemon squeezy) recipe:

• 1. Mix 100g plain flour, 2 large eggs, 300ml milk, 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil and salt into a batter.
• 2. Set batter aside for 30 minutes.
• 3. Heat up your frying pan with a little oil.
• 4. Pour in the batter mixture and cook pancake till golden brown.
• 5. Serve with lemon, sugar, Nutella, banana, whatever you like!

Have fun whatever you do this Pancake Day, just don’t get too battered in the process!
